Last week I was feeling very bad and fell on the floor in my apartment and was not able to breath or move.  I thought I was dying.  I had my pendant on and all I could do was push the button.  I was amazed how fast the help came.  EMS picked me up and took me to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with congestive heart and lung failure.  I spent more than a week in the hospital and am feeling better now.  I called to say that if not for this little button I do not think I would have survived and I am very grateful to S.M.I.L.E. for having our flyers in Russian, and for explaining how this system works.  This system saved my life and I will tell everyone I know about it.

Just wanted to let you know that I think we can cancel the training.  I have everything working and it is working great!  We are really pleased with how everything turned out.  The Universal Remote is especially nice - I'm not sure how I got along without it...

So unless there is something I am missing, I don't think you guys need to make another trip over here.

Our favorite part is the DVD Fireball. We are movie people and own about 250 DVD’s and the fireball makes it easy to find a movie. The camera’s are also a big help with 5 kids!

I would just like to let you know, I was having trouble with my system on Friday and both Patrick and Dale both worked diligently to correct the problem.

My wife muted the TV Friday morning while company came by. After sometime with no sound, she went to turn it back on and all she heard was some popping come out of the speakers. I e-mailed Patrick and told him to call me on my cell phone to figure it the issue. Unfortunately when I got home from work I turned off my cell phone, Patrick called me up on my home number (which I do not believe you even had on file), and tried to diagnose the problem over the phone. After many over the phone attempts to correct the issue, Dale came out to our home in Concord at 7:00 pm. He found that the cable box generated too much heat while muted and this caused the sound to go out. He opened up my component rack and waited for it to all cool down. I had TV and sound somewhere around 8:00 pm thanks to Patrick making sure that he got a hold of me and Dale for coming out to Concord at 7:00 pm.

This was the first issue I had with my system Leo and I can say, your company provided excellent on the spot service to correct it ASAP. I look forward to many years of enjoying my distributed sound and home theatre systems and am comfortable that any issues will be addressed swiftly and professionally by your team of experts given this past weekend.
